Our phone lines are open Monday to Thursday from 10.30am to 3:30pm, excluding bank holidays. On Fridays we are still here and can answer your emails and arrange urgent call backs.but our inbound phone lines are closed on Friday for staff product familiarisation. You can always leave a voicemail if urgent and we will get back to you. Support via email has not been affected and we are contactable 7 days a week and aim to reply within one working day if not sooner.
